1. Vakrasana

Due to the slowing down of our gastritis, we start having gas problems. Mal-Vata diseases start happening, due to which food is not digested properly. This happens because all the chemicals in the stomach are not secreted properly, due to which gas starts to form. If you do Vakrasana, then your stomach hormones will be secreted properly, due to which the food will be digested well, and by doing this asana, our stomach muscles remain fit. While doing this asana, we twist the body, due to which the gas present in the stomach comes out.

Method of doing Vakrasana:-

  • Open both your legs in front and join them together.
  • Keeping the waist straight, keep both your hands by the side of the hips.
  • Now slowly pull your toes outwards.
  • Bend your right leg and place it next to the left knee. After that, while raising the left hand, cross your elbow with the right knee. From there, keep your right hand behind the waist while turning your abdominal part.
  • Untie the fingers.
  • While moving the neck backward, bring both your shoulders in a line.
  • Try to hold your right ankle with your left hand.
  • Hold 10-15 seconds in this posture. After that repeat this asana from the other side as well.
